1. Shipping Zones & Delivery Times
Currently, our business operations are limited to the European Union. Services for other markets have not yet been launched. We will expand our operating regions in phases in the future.
The estimated delivery time will be around 15 working days.
Please note that the delivery time is not the pre-sale period; it is calculated after the package is shipped out.
Yunwai Hanfu shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to public holidays, peak sales, flight delays, customs, strikes, and bad weather.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Time
For in-stock items, orders will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Pre-order items will be shipped on the stated release date or as specified in the product description.
For mixed orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
3. VAT & Custom Duties for EU Orders
We calculate VAT automatically to make your shopping experience smooth and avoid surprises at delivery. You only pay the amount shown at checkout (for EU orders below the relevant threshold).
- EU VAT
Since 1 July 2021, all goods imported into EU countries are subject to VAT, regardless of order value. VAT rates vary by country (17%–27%) and are included at checkout.
Any customs duties, handling, or additional fees are not included and may apply separately.
- Custom Duties
The customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties.
All packages that incur applicable customs duties must be paid promptly. The designated logistics provider will contact the recipient with payment instructions.
Failure to pay these charges, or any payment that remains outstanding for more than 30 days, will result in the package being disposed of or returned in accordance with local laws and regulations. Yunwai Hanfu shall not be held liable for any loss or disposal of packages under these circumstances.
